Q: What are the age restrictions at your events?
A: While we love kids, we also know that sometimes, they can be disruptive for other patrons at live music events. Therefore, your child (age 13+) is welcome to come, as long as accompanied by a guardian (age 18+). We do have some events that welcome younger children, but this will be clearly noted on those individual event listings.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: No pets are allowed on the premises during shows, unless they are service animals.
Q: What is your alcohol policy?
A: The venue has a full bar serving alcohol. Outside drinks and food are not permitted. You will be asked to provide State or Military identification to enter the venue and purchase alcohol. Minors caught in possession of alcoholic beverages will be escorted out with the assistance of local Law Enforcement, if necessary.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: No refunds on ticket purchases, even if you are removed from the venue.
Q: What are the COVID-19 guidelines?
A: Current guidelines will be posted at the venue and online on the event’s official listing. These rules (including social distancing and mask wearing) must be followed at all times. We take safety very seriously. Failure to comply will result in ejection from the venue.
Q: Can I host a private event or party at your venue?
A: Maybe! Please submit a detailed event description and proposed dates via our online general information form.
Q: Can my band play at your venue?
A: Maybe! Please submit your request using the online booking request form, and a representative from our talent buying team will contact you if they feel like your artist or band is a good fit for one of our venues or events. Please understand that we receive a lot of submissions every single day, and we cannot guarantee we will get to your request immediately.
Q: What’s the severe weather policy?
All shows are rain or shine, but if there is significant thunder, lightning strikes or flooding before the show, we will inform ticket holders 1 hr before that we are watching the weather closely, and potentially delay doors in 30 minute increments until official show start time.
